About Grind Prep Sports Academy
Carlos and Misty Adamson started Grind Prep to address a problem Carlos had seen in coaching: athletes arriving at college unprepared for its academic demands. Their faith shaped a school that treats coursework as seriously as training.
Students need adults who will coach them, support their schoolwork, and hold them accountable. That belief guides how we work with students and their families.
Our Vision
We want students to leave Grind Prep ready for college coursework and the responsibilities that come with it. Their preparation here should serve them whether or not they continue playing their sport.
