Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry, information request, application, or attendance report through this website, we collect the information you provide — such as parent and student names, email address, phone number, grade level, sport of interest, and any message you include. Attendance reports also include the absence or tardy date, a brief reason, and an expected arrival time for a tardy. Please do not include detailed medical information or medical records in these forms. We do not collect payment information through this website.

How We Use It

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, guide you through admissions and enrollment, communicate about Grind Prep Sports Academy programs, and process attendance notifications with school administration. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Service Providers

Inquiry form submissions are stored with our database provider (Supabase). Admissions applications are processed through QuickSchools, our student information system, which has its own privacy policy. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the website and admissions process.

When automatic delivery is enabled, attendance reports pass through a Supabase server function and our email provider, Resend, to Grind Prep administration at grindprep@gmail.com. The attendance function does not save a separate report to the website database or application logs. The email provider and school mailbox process and may retain the message as part of email delivery and school administration. A submission confirmation means the email provider accepted the notification; it does not mean a staff member has reviewed it.

If you use the attendance email option, the website opens a draft in your email application. You must send that draft yourself. Your email provider then processes the message under its own terms.

Students and Children

Our forms are intended to be completed by parents and guardians. We collect student information as provided by a parent or guardian for admissions, school inquiries, and attendance notifications.

Your Choices

You may request that we correct or delete the information you've submitted at any time by contacting us at grindprep@gmail.com or calling (405) 534-4640.
