Carlos and Misty Adamson founded Grind Prep Sports Academy to prepare athletes for the academic demands of college.
Carlos had spent more than two decades coaching at the high school, collegiate, and national levels. He saw talented players arrive unprepared for the coursework and responsibilities that came with college sport.
Guided by their faith, Carlos and Misty built a school where training comes with academic support and clear expectations for students.
Schoolwork matters here. So does how students treat the people around them.


Who Grind Prep Is For
Students are expected to put effort into their coursework and training. Families should be comfortable with the school’s emphasis on accountability.
How to Apply
Here is what admissions will ask for when reviewing your student’s application.
Submit Application
Complete the online application form with student and family information.
Provide Records
Submit transcripts, immunization records, and a copy of birth certificate.
Interview & Evaluation
Schedule a family interview and athletic evaluation (if applicable).
Receive Decision
Our team will explain the review timeline and contact you about the decision and next steps.
